ABOUT

In September 2016 I graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Architectural Technology from the University of the Highlands and Islands.

For the last 3 years, I have had the pleasure of working at Diamond and Co – a chartered building consultancy – starting as Assistant Façade Engineer changing to Architectural Technologist/ Lead Researcher.

Prior to this I spent three years working at CMS — a sustainable windows, doors and façade specialist — starting as a Trainee Façade Engineer progressing to Façade Engineer.

My interest in architecture and design was sparked at young age, from using a gaming software and simple technical drawings in school. This spoke to my creative and artistic side which has since lead me to pursue a career within the architectural industry. Where I would be able to learn how to design buildings and understand what it really takes to get a building from a simple design on a sheet of paper to a fully functional building.

I have also been a previous student member of CIAT.
